3. Payment and Delivery

Payment is required before delivery. We accept the methods shown at checkout. After successful payment, you will receive access to download your product (e.g. via your account or email). Delivery is digital and typically immediate. You are responsible for providing a valid email and for accessing your account to obtain the product.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or downloaded. If you believe there is a technical issue or you did not receive the product, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. Refund decisions are at our discretion and in line with applicable law.
